Μήπως λοιπόν, θα πρέπει να ρωτήσετε τους υποψήφιους υλοποιητές αν έχουν εμπειρία σε υλοποιήσεις σε εταιρίες με το δικό σας ή παρεμφερές αντικείμενο; Και αν υπάρχουν τέτοιοι πελάτες, να τους πάρετε κι ένα τηλέφωνο να σας πουν την άποψή τους; Και γιατί όχι, να δείτε και το ERP σύστημα σε LIVE λειτουργία σε κάποια υπάρχουσα εγκατάσταση;
